Pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations of Japan, certain matters concerning investment corporations (such as an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation or the appointment, dismissal, etc. of executive directors, supervisory directors and accounting auditors) are to be determined at the general meeting of unitholders. CSIF’s general meetings of unitholders shall be held in Tokyo in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation.
